Privacy Policy
iWrestle is built for the wrestling community, including families with young athletes. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Who We Are
This policy covers the iWrestle iOS app and the iwrestle.com website, operated by Zacherl Investments. If you have questions about anything here, email us at zacherlinvestments@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide. If you email support or submit an event, we receive whatever you choose to send us — typically your email address and the details of your request.
- Account data. Where account features apply, the app uses Apple's iCloud and CloudKit. Your Apple Account credentials are never shared with us; we receive only an anonymous identifier from Apple.
- Usage and device data. We use analytics to understand which screens and events are popular, along with basic technical data such as device type, app version, and general region. This is aggregate information, not a profile of you.
- Notifications. If you allow push notifications, Apple issues a device token used only to deliver the alerts you asked for.
What We Do Not Collect or Do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
- We do not collect precise location. If you search near a location, that search happens on your device or is used only to return results for that request.
- We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or share it with ad networks.
- We do not ask for payment card details. All purchases are handled by Apple.
How We Use Information
- To show wrestling events and keep event details accurate
- To respond to your support requests
- To deliver notifications you have opted into
- To fix bugs, improve performance, and decide what to build next
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of providers, each handling data under their own privacy terms:
- Apple — app distribution, iCloud/CloudKit storage, push notifications, and all in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Google Analytics — aggregate website traffic measurement on iwrestle.com
- Hosting providers — serving the website and app content
Children's Privacy
iWrestle covers youth wrestling events, and we designed it so that a child does not need to hand over personal information to use it. Browsing events requires no account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email zacherlinvestments@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review or delete information relating to their child.
Event Information and Third-Party Links
Event listings often include registration links and organizer contact details. Those sites are operated by the event organizers, not by us, and their privacy practices are their own. Verify event details — dates, locations, fees, weigh-ins, and registration links — with the organizer, since they can change.
Data Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Support emails are retained so we can follow up on related issues, then deleted when no longer needed. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your Choices and Rights
- Turn notifications on or off from the in-app Support section or your device Settings
- Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing zacherlinvestments@gmail.com
- Manage subscriptions and request refunds through your App Store account settings or reportaproblem.apple.com
- Delete the app at any time to stop all further data collection
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of where you are — just email us.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use of iWrestle after an update means you accept the revised policy.
